If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can report it using the Freely Credit App. If you think your card is misplaced, locking it is another option until you find it.

How to Replace Your Card in the Freely Credit App
On the home screen, tap the Card icon.
Tap Replace Card.
Choose email or text to receive the Authorization Code and tap Send code.
Enter the Authorization Code and tap Submit.
Select the reason for the card replacement and tap Continue to complete the request.
