Call Freely Mastercard® Card Services at (833) 364-1319 as soon as possible.
During the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, you will have the option to report your card as lost or stolen if you don’t recognize the transactions.
A Card Services representative will review your transaction history with you.
If necessary, they will file a dispute case on your behalf.

Use the Freely Credit App (If You Can’t Call)
If you're unable to call, the Freely Credit App offers two immediate ways to protect your account:
Lock your card – if your card is in your possession but you suspect unauthorized use.
Report the card as Lost/Stolen – if the card is missing or you suspect it has been compromised.
